LNGVTY Institute

Six weeks, twelve founders, one call a week

LNGVTY Integrate AI

Six weeks of support, so your Claude system gets built into your business instead of saved for later.

You have the lessons. What you want is somebody in the room on the day it breaks, and that is what this is. Six weekly calls with Kristy, text support running the whole six weeks, and eleven other founders building the same system on the same schedule.

Apply for the founding cohort

Six weekly calls from 23 October. Twelve seats. $1,497, or three payments of $549.

What having somebody in the room changes

Most of what stops a course is not difficulty. People stop somewhere in the second week, with the workspace half built and a month of good intentions, and the material was never the problem. So this is built around that rather than around the lessons, which you already have.

52%

of people who register for an online course never start it

Source: Reich and Ruiperez-Valiente, The MOOC pivot, Science, 2019, from 12.67 million registrations across 565 MIT and Harvard courses. Those were free, open courses rather than paid ones, so read it as the direction of travel rather than a like for like comparison.

The work happens on the call.

Twenty five of the ninety minutes are you building yours, with Kristy in the room. Nothing is set during a call and hoped for by the next one.

Each week needs the week before it.

Week three reads the file week two produced. If you fall behind you find out on the call, with eleven women who can help, rather than in February when you open the tab again.

Somebody answers between calls.

Weekdays, within one working day, in a group thread where every answer teaches twelve people at once.

Three badges, earned rather than given.

Fluent, Skill Builder and Connected come from passing the Institute's own quizzes, not from turning up. Week one covers every lesson they need, so they are available to you from the first week and they mean something when you have them.

Why the first twelve

You would be in the first room this has run in, which means it stays small, Kristy is close to your business for six weeks, and what you build shapes what this becomes for everyone after you. There are no results on this page yet, because nobody has finished it. When the six weeks are done we will publish what the twelve of you made, including the parts that did not work, with your name on it if you want it there. That is what the founding price buys, and it is why the next cohort pays more.

What you leave with

Six files, and they are yours.

  1. 01

    Your workspace

A place where Claude already knows your business, and a CLAUDE.md you wrote yourself.

  2. 02

    Memory and connectors

It can see your calendar, your email and your notes, and you know exactly what it cannot see.

  3. 03

    Your voice

Brand rules and a voice file that make AI copy sound like you wrote it, and a standing read on your market.

  4. 04

Your offer and a live page

An offer written down, who it is for and what it costs, with a page in your brand pointing at it, ready for your profile to link to.

  5. 05

    A month of content

An audit naming the three patterns behind your best posts, and a 30 day calendar with week one drafted, checked against your own voice rules.

  6. 06

    Your assistant

An agent running your inbox, tasks and calendar, and one page saying what keeps running without you.

And three Institute badges if you sit the quizzes: Fluent, Skill Builder and Connected.

And the recordings of all six calls, yours to keep.

What you are working inside

A look at the Institute

The six weeks run inside the LNGVTY Institute, which holds 21 systems and skills. These are the eighteen the six weeks use.

Week one is free, and you should go and read it

Week one is the whole of Start here, all eight lessons, and Start here is open to everyone whether you are a member or not. That is eight lessons you can read today without paying anybody anything. Go and read them before you apply.

If you finish them on your own this week, you may not need this. If they have been open in a tab since August, that is exactly what the six weeks are for, and the five weeks after it are the ones you cannot reach yet.

How a call runs

Ninety minutes, the same five parts every week.

0 to 10
What each of you built and what broke.
10 to 45
Kristy builds that week's thing live on a real business.
45 to 70
You build yours on the call, camera on, with her in the room.
70 to 85
Each of you says what you are taking away.
85 to 90
Next week, named as a file.

The twenty five minutes in the middle is the part that matters. Ninety minutes of watching leaves you with notes.

Text support

A cohort WhatsApp group, weekdays, answered within one working day, in a group thread so every answer teaches twelve people. Anything private moves to a call. It runs the full six weeks and it is part of what you are buying.

Who built this

Built from the work, not written for a course

Bailey and Kristy built these six weeks out of the workflows they already run inside their own marketing agencies. This is client work taken apart and put back together so you can run it yourself, and it is the same material that Bailey teaches at the LNGVTY Claude workshop each month.

Founders working together around a laptop at an LNGVTY event

Bailey Johnson

CEO, Longevity Social Club

Her background is healthtech marketing, and she runs her own agency in it. The systems in these six weeks started as the workflows she built to do that client work faster, which is why they assume a real business with real deadlines rather than a tidy example.

Kristy Stevens

COO, Longevity Social Club

Her background is software engineering and health marketing, which is the reason this course builds things rather than describing them. She built the LNGVTY Institute, she is in the room for all six weekly calls, and she is the one who answers on the weekdays in between.

Before you apply

  • You need ninety minutes for each call and about two hours between calls.
  • You need a paid Claude account.
  • You need a business with something in it already, because the work is done on your real brand and your real calendar.

What it costs

Pay in full

$1,497

Pay in three

3 x $549

Club membership for the six weeks is included if you are not already a member, because the course runs inside the Institute. That is the whole of it, not a stripped version: every workshop recording with its materials, a new agent or skill every month, monthly office hours with Bailey, the member directory, the hot seats, a twenty percent member incentive on every workshop, dinner and retreat, and partner offers.

Founding cohort price. It goes to $2,497 from cohort two, which will be larger and will have results on the page.

Questions

Still deciding

Ask before you apply

If something here is not clear, or you want to know whether this is the right six weeks for where your business is, send the question and Kristy will answer it herself.
