About

Build companies that last. Build lives capable of carrying them.

The Longevity Social Club is a private, application-only community for ambitious women building in business, wellness and life. Founded by Bailey Johnson in 2026, it runs curated rooms in Miami, Austin, New York, Los Angeles and a weekly rhythm online for members everywhere else.

01The thesis

Your business lasts exactly as long as you do.

Most communities for founders solve for one thing: access. More rooms, more introductions, more surface area. That is useful, and it is incomplete, because the constraint on a long career is rarely the number of people you have met. It is whether you are still standing in year twelve.

We treat that as a business problem rather than a wellness one. A company designed to run for decades has a key-person dependency at the centre of it, and that person is usually the only one in the room without a plan for her own sustainability. So we build both in the same place: the company, and the founder running it.

The second half of the thesis is that the useful information is private. What a contract should really cost, which investor is difficult behind closed doors, what happened to someone else’s revenue when she raised her prices, what perimenopause did to her focus in the quarter she closed a round. None of it is published. All of it moves between people who trust each other.

The information you need most is the information nobody publishes.
What the room is for

02A week in the club

The rhythm is the product.

Nothing here depends on you feeling motivated. The value comes from the parts that repeat.

Members seated together during a weekly club session
  1. Tuesday

    Cowork Day

Five hours of focused work with the room. You say what you are shipping, then you ship it. Monthly, the in-person version adds hands-on AI training.

  2. Wednesday

    The Weekly Call

A founder or a specialist teaches one thing she actually knows. Working session, not keynote.

  3. Every day

    The WhatsApp Community

Where a question gets a real answer the same day, from someone who has already solved it.

  4. Monthly

    Dinners, Hot Seats, Workouts

Long tables and small rooms. The hot seat puts one member's real problem in front of people with no reason to flatter her.

  5. Once a year

    The Retreat

A small group leaves for a few days of real work on the business — and the unstructured hours that build the friendships.

03Where we gather

Four cities, and a room that travels with you.

  • 01

    Miami

    Home city. Cowork Club workshops.

  • 02

    Austin

    Cowork Club workshops.

  • 03

    New York

  • 04

    Los Angeles

The club runs on hosted gatherings rather than a clubhouse, which is why membership is priced for the programme. Cities are added as the room does.

04Straight answers

What is the Longevity Social Club?
The Longevity Social Club is a private, application-only membership community for women building companies. It combines a weekly working rhythm — cowork days and weekly calls — with in-person dinners, hot seats, wellness sessions and an annual retreat, across Miami, Austin, New York and Los Angeles plus a global online membership.
Who is it for?
Women who own the outcome of what they are building: founders, operators, principals, partners and independent practitioners, from first client through to exit. Roughly 100 women and 30 businesses are in the room today.
Why does longevity sit alongside business?
Because key-person risk is real. A company built to last decades depends on a founder who is still functioning in decades. The club treats health as an input to the business plan rather than a reward for finishing it. It is not a clinic and offers no medical care.
How do you join?
By application at thelongevitysocialclub.com/apply. The committee reviews every application and replies within four weeks. There are three ways in: The Community, which is free, The Club, at $97 a month or $970 a year, and the Inner LNGVTY Program, a twelve-week cohort with its price shared when you apply.
