Welcome to the Journal
The Journal is where the club thinks out loud — essays on longevity, AI and building enduring companies, written for the women shaping what comes next.
The Journal is the club's notebook. It is where we write down what we are learning — in the rooms, at the founder tables, and in the quieter hours between them.
What you will find here
- Longevity, read carefully. What the research says, what it does not say yet, and how to tell the difference.
- AI for operators. Practical notes on the tools and systems members are actually using to run their companies.
- Building to last. Essays on leadership, mentorship and the long game of an enduring company.
How we write
Fewer, better essays. Every piece should leave you with something you can use this week.
We would rather publish one considered essay than five quick ones. Where a piece touches on health, we link to the underlying sources so you can read them yourself — and nothing here is a substitute for advice from your own clinician.
